After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Once we have received your order, we immediately reach out to Journey to begin the process of building your chair to your individual specifications.

Cancellations:

We understand that circumstances may change. If you need to cancel your order after 48 hours from the time of purchase, please be aware that a $20 administration fee will be charged. Refund will be credited to the original payment method used when placing your order.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your Perfect Sleep Chair has been shipped, you will be provided a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and the expected delivery date. We recommend regularly checking the tracking information for any updates.

Shipping Time:

This warranty is applicable to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

3-Year Warranty on Electronics:

We understand the importance of reliable electronic components in lift chairs. Therefore, a 3-year warranty is provided on all electronic parts of the Perfect Sleep Chair. This includes motors, control systems, and other electrical components. If any electronic component proves to be defective within 3 years from the date of purchase, Journey will repair or replace it without any charge.

Warranty Limitations and Exclusions:

The warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects or malfunctions that occur under normal use and proper handling of the lift chair.
