Mega Motion Returns:

  • Buyer's Remorse: Unfortunately, Mega Motion does not accept returns or SWAP outs due to buyer's remorse.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: In the event that your Mega Motion lift chair arrives damaged or in a defective state, Mega Motion will repair or replace the chair at no cost to you!
  • Resolution Process: Email us at returns@liftchairheaven.com with your order details and clear photos of the damage. We will promptly contact Mega Motion on your behalf to initiate the resolution process.

Journey Health and Lifestyle Returns:

  • Buyer's Remorse: Unfortunately, Journey Health and Lifestyle does not accept returns or SWAP outs due to buyer's remorse for Perfect Sleep Chair.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your Perfect Sleep Chair arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects, Journey Health and Lifestyle will repair or replace the chair at no cost to you!
