After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Once we have received your order, we immediately reach out to Journey to begin the process of building your chair to your individual specifications.

Cancellations:

We understand that circumstances may change. If you need to cancel your order after 48 hours from the time of purchase, please be aware that a $20 administration fee will be charged. Refund will be credited to the original payment method used when placing your order.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your Perfect Sleep Chair has been shipped, you will be provided a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and the expected delivery date. We recommend regularly checking the tracking information for any updates.

Shipping Time:

You can expect your new Perfect Sleep Chair to arrive in approximately 3-6 weeks from your order date. 5-Year Warranty on Lift Mechanism, Recline Mechanism and Chair Frame:

There is a five-year warranty on the lift mechanism, recline mechanism, and chair frame from the ship date of the original purchase. Labor to replace these parts is covered for one year on all models.

Note: Journey Health & Lifestyle is not responsible or obligated to pay for any costs or expenses for examination of any warranted parts. Also, Journey is not obligated to pay the cost for transportation, handling, and packaging of parts or components.

5-Year Warranty on Electronics:

There is a five-year warranty on the electrical parts from the ship date of the original purchase. This includes motors, control systems, and other electrical components. Labor to replace these parts is covered for one year on all models.
