At Lift Chair Heaven, we offer a collection of top-quality lift chairs blending innovation, functionality, and aesthetic appeal. Below, you'll find detailed information about the shipping process, estimated delivery times, white glove delivery service, and more.

Free Shipping

Currently, we offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. Please note we don't offer international shipping options at this time.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms we have received your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Once we have received your order, we immediately reach out to our suppliers to ensure that the item is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you via email.

Please note for the Journey Health and Lifestyle Perfect Sleep Chair, the order confirmation process is slightly different. These are Built to Order items which are not readily available for immediate shipment as they are built to your specification. Build to Order is a production process where a product is created once a confirmed order is received. The order confirmation email indicates your order is in progress and will be built before shipment.

Tracking Information

Within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, we will send you the tracking information. You will be sent a tracking number to the email address you provided during checkout. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and the expected delivery date. We recommend regularly checking the tracking information for any updates.

Shipping Times

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the type of lift chair you've selected:

• Journey Perfect Sleep Chair: You can expect your chair to arrive in approximately 3-6 weeks from your order date. This allows Journey's skilled technicians to build a chair that meets your specifications and quality standards.
• Mega Motion Lift Chair: Typically, your order will be ready to ship in 1-2 days. You can expect an arrival time of 1-2 weeks from the order date. 

White Glove Delivery

For the ultimate convenience, we offer a free white glove delivery service for Mega Motion and Journey Health and Lifestyle products. Trained professionals will deliver your lift chair, assemble it on-site, and ensure that it functions correctly. They will also remove all packaging materials, leaving you with a fully operational chair.

Cancellations

We understand that circumstances may change. If you need to cancel your order after 48 hours from the time of purchase, please be aware a $20 administration fee will apply regardless if your order has shipped or not.

Refunds

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. We will promptly process your refund within 5-7 business days.
